Gourmet magazine has really inspired Warren this month. This is the braised chicken with artichoke and peas (January 2007, pg 101).
Gourmet doesn't put their recipes online so I can't link to them, but I see that another blogger in Vancouver tried out the recipe too and she typed up the recipe.
