I love it when the new issue of Gourmet arrives, because it means Warren is mostly likely going to try out a new recipe. When he told me that we were having green chili with white beans and pork, I have to admit I wasn't too excited. Clearly my imagination is lacking because once I tasted the green chili I never wanted any other kind of chili ever again.
The pork was ground pork and the chili was garnished with mild Mexican cheese. And fritos. (Purposely not pictured!)
