Warren is a master veggie roaster--this week he roasted carrots, beets, squash, dill, and potatoes.
He is also the master of corn and squash chowder. Absolutely the best way to eat squash.

I made a corn and squash chowder this week too! It was really good- much better the second day than the first day, actually. I also made a great carrot soup, and a not-as-great Southwestern potato and corn chowder. It was soupapalooza around here this week!
