I challenged Warren to make a dinner from the Farmer's Market and he did not disappoint. He started with a salad and then wowed us with a polenta lasagna with West Wind Farms sausage, feta from the goat cheese guy, and eggplant from the Ly Vu stand. On the side we had delicious veggies with a homemade vinaigrette.
