Chorizo & Shrimp Pasta

Thursday Warren surprised me with his version of my favorite dish at Interim. The main difference was the sweet chorizo substituted for Spanish style chorizo, which is harder. He left off the cream sauce which was fine with me considering I am watching my waistline. It was still full of flavor and very decadent. I ate it for dinner Thursday, lunch Friday, and dinner Friday!
