I volunteered Warren to cook
gyoza for the kids' school's big Sweetheart Soiree fundraiser on Saturday. Naturally, he made gyoza
and a new invention. Mediterranean empanadas. He packed the leftover gyoza wrappers with eggplant sauteed in olive oil and Mediterranean spices, sundried tomatoes, roasted red bell pepper, and chevre cheese and popped them in the oven. YUM.
