Rice Ball Recipe

Rice Balls
Makes about 20

2 c Uncooked Short Grain White Rice (Kokuho brand recommended by Warren)
3 T Rice Vinegar
1 T Sugar
1 t Salt
Furikake (seaweed sprinkle) to taste

Sesame Seeds
Nori (to wrap)

While rice is cooking, get a small dish and mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt together. Once the rice is done, add the vinegar mixture to the rice. Mix well. Add Furikake (and/or sesame seeds). Mix well.

With wet hands, mold rice into small balls.

Wrap in Nori (optional)
