Boil ramen just so it's softened (I didn't use the seasoning packet). Don't stir it, so it more or less keeps its shape. Transfer the noodles to a small 1-egg oiled frying pan for a few minutes til the noodles get a lil crisp, flip to cook other side. Add beaten egg w a lil soy sauce, cook a bit then flip it over again til done. I topped with sriracha and nori furikake.
