Pounded Beef and Radish Slaw

Warren got some beef at the Asian market, pounded it super thin, and coated it with a lemongrass marinade. It was super tangy and delicious. He made a cucumber/radish relish and radish slaw to go on the side. Both were excellent.

We both agreed that tacos made with the leftover meat and slaw was the best creation of the week.
