Mexican Fiesta

After our Macon Road adventure, Warren was inspired to make a Mexican feast at home. We had pork tacos, gazpacho, rice and beans, corn, grilled veggies, and watermelon lemonade.

grilling the avocado was a treat, and is especially good to do if they are a bit under-ripe.
