Warren is getting ready to start school, so we had our last supper:
Short ribs with a smoky salsa, totally tubular veggies, short ribs braised in red wine, with chimichurri; and oven roasted veggies (beets, carrots, and sweet potatoes); stir fried pea tendrils, and broccoli.

Short ribs are about the best food ever. Oh, and how about posting that Huey's potato soup recipe here, chef?
