Pancit Bijon Guisado (Filipino Fried Noodes) & Teriyaki Chicken

For our Super Bowl dinner, Warren made fried noodles (of the Filipino variety) with carrots, shitake mushrooms, and some super yummy sausage. (Satchel's friend, Jack, was here during prep and asked, "Are those wieners?") Then he glazed some chicken thighs with a teriyaki mixture. The kids were not too in to the noodles (more for me!), but they ate the hell out of the chicken.
