Baja Surf & Turf

The Smiths came to dinner on Sunday, and Warren went all out with what he termed the Baja Surf & Turf. He made salsa & guacamole from scratch. Then he grilled (broiled, actually) some seriously yummy seasoned pork from the Winchester market, pineapple, and onions, which we then wrapped up in fresh corn tortillas. He also fried some plantains, popped some mystery corn product, and made another chocolate-glazed chocolate tart, this time with a little coffee in it. I made shrimp ceviche and Colleen brought the mango margaritas.

Needless to say, waking up on Monday morning was extremely difficult.
