For Christmas Eve dinner at my mom's house, Warren made a yummy prime rib and roasted beets with carrots. (I love beets! This was the first time I'd eaten them roasted rather than pickled in a can!) He steamed leftover broccoli and cauliflower from the crudite tray rather than stir frying greens and sauteing brussel sprouts as planned.
