Flat Iron Steak with Whiskey Mustard Sauce
My family came over Sunday to partake in Warren's birthday dinner. On the menu: Flat Iron Steak with Whiskey Mustard Sauce, Parsnip Mashed Potatoes, Taragon Carrots, Fried Plantains, and Mystery Asian Greens. At first I thought he made waaaaaaaaaaay to much food, but everything was so yummy that there was barely a crumb left. Even little Jiro ate some greens!
