Raspberry Cheesecake Bars

The elementary kids sell coffee to parents at drop off Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays in order to raise money to feed the chickens, bunnies, and various other animals at the school. In addition to coffee, the kids can bring treats to sell as well. Last year, treats usually consisted of store bought fruit cups.

This year, Warren is raising the bar...with raspberry cheesecake bars. Oh my gosh these were good!
