While we were in Albuquerque, we made a run to Trader Joe's for pizza making supplies. Thanks to my wiley sister, the chef at Dish revealed the secret ingredients of my very favorite Pizza Pasato before I left Memphis. With Warren's help, I was able to recreate it almost perfectly.
Cheese, no matter how fancy, is a little boring for Warren, so he made many other versions involving eggplant, roasted red pepper, olives, pesto, and mushrooms.
