Warren has been dying to grill oysters ever since we tried them at Pearl's. Today he just happened to find some at Viet Hoa. Yum!

He's already talking about grilling oysters again and what he'd do differently. (i.e. Use shredded Parmesan instead of grated/powdered, more butter, maybe cook them on the fire a bit longer.)
