Ricotta Gnocchi

From this month's Gourmet, Ricotta Gnocchi. Warren actually substituted cottage cheese since we didn't have any ricotta and it was YUMMY! Much better than my blurry pictures let on. He used fresh rosemary from our garden to give it that extra umph.
