I cooked it, cuz it really didn't require much cooking. Shrimp, mango, & avocado salad from Sunset Magazine. Warren says it needed something else, but it was okay--even with a non-ripe mango.
Hi Stacey-- I just discovered this blog after reading Fertile Ground (the zine) and lurking at Fertile Ground (the blog) for some time. So, number one, I'm jealous that you have a husband who loves to cook. Number two--how did you make the fried cheese thingy from November 4??? I love fried cheese, but we just make little tiny ones with pecorino romano...
