Christmas Eve Dinner
To make up for the lack of cooking due to holiday madness, Warren went all out for Christmas Eve dinner at my mom's house. The menu: Boston Lettuce Wedges with Wine Vinaigrette & Blue Cheese, Standing Rib Roast Prime Rib with Red Wine Sauce, Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding, Honey Roasted Carrots, and Wilted Spinach with Nutmeg Butter.
