Elote Corn

Warren drove in from a hard week's work in the fields and whipped up a batch of elote corn to take to our weekly happy hour gathering.

Clearly, he wants me (and every other person in our group) to dump Senor Dreamy!

It was spot on, and delicious. I was surprised to learn that the coating was mayonniase with lime juice rather than sour cream. The crumbled Mexican cojita cheese makes it extra zingy.
