Tilapia Diabla

Warren's been in the field all week, so most of our weekend was spent cooking and eating. He'd been craving grilled Tilapia ever since he made skewered chicken the week before for cocktail evening. To spice things up, he doused the fish with red pepper.



He made mustard greens (i.e. njama njama) to go along with it.


A pile of bones was all we had left to show of our feast.
